Shipping channel cut-off time:

Xima: January 26th

Dongma: January 23rd

Singapore: January 26th

For cut-off times in other countries/regions, please consult customer service before shipping; If you need to receive a sea freight package before the Spring Festival, Malaysia&Singapore suggest shipping before January 15th; Dongma suggests shipping before January 6th.

 

Air freight channel cut-off time:

Xima: February 4th

Dongma :February 4th

Singapore ：February 4th

For cut-off times in other countries/regions, please consult customer service before shipping; If you need to receive air parcels before the Spring Festival, Malaysia&Singapore suggest shipping before February 3rd; Dongma suggests shipping before January 30th.

The warehouse is on vacation from February 5th to February 21st, during which customers can make normal purchases, but the warehouse does not accept or process packages or orders. Please understand! Thank you!

         海运渠道截货时间：

西马：1月26日

东马：1月23日

新加坡：1月26日

对于其他国家/地区截货时间，请在发货前咨询客户服务；如需春节前收到海运包裹，西马&新加坡建议1月15日前发货；东马建议1月6日前发货。

 

         空运渠道截货时间：

春节仓库于2月5日~2月21日放假，在此期间顾客们可以正常采购，但仓库不接收包裹，不处理订单。请理解！谢谢！
